Event Description
The Rajasthan GenAI Ready Naari Program (Gen AI Naaris Bootcamp) was a two-week structured initiative designed to empower women across Rajasthan with cutting-edge Generative AI skills and workplace readiness.
Week 1 (Offline) focused on building a strong foundation in AI, covering topics such as AI fundamentals, creative applications, chatbot development, automation tools, and communication skills. Week 2 (Online) emphasized career readiness, including job application strategies, interview preparation, workplace tools, and POSH awareness.
The program also featured a special guest session by Navya Naveli Nanda, along with guidance from industry mentors and support from Nimaya & Dhara Shakti Foundation.
Through hands-on learning and practical exposure, the bootcamp enabled participants to develop real-world AI capabilities and enhance their employability in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
